Last month or more because of total lock down in my country i bought chips many times. When i say many i mean sometimes even 5-6 times a week.. i spent more than 150 to 200 euros buying chips over this time and guess what... i NEVER won... Conclusion: the more chips you buy the more you loose! Im sure now that they make this in purpose to freak us out and buy more and more. The pay rates are getting worse over time and this game is a total scam. The developers make millions from suckers that keep buy chips and they dont even care about the customers. I support them since the begining of this game by buying chips when it wasnt like that. The last 2 years the situation is just getting worse and they dont even care! Pay rates are awful, even worse than real online casinos! Shame on you people this feels like stealing... Shame on you that you dont even care for people that made you what you are today! I really hope users of this game finally wake up and boycott your product and then we see how smart you are...

Buying (or not buying) chips doesn't affect your chances of winning at any game in the casino - a streak of bad bets can happen to anyone, unfortunately. There are lots of ways to earn free chips and most games will allow you to make small bets. This is something you keep telling but its not true and everybody knows that. I could give you hundreds of examples..
I play this game every day the last 5 years from 1-3 hours daily so i know how it works when you buy chips and when you dont.. At least in the past when you bought chips you had some proper chance to win... Maybe now you really made it random and thats why the game and the pay rates in overall behave so awful. I could believe that but im pretty sure now that your pay rates are even worse than real online casinos. Sorry but i dont buy it, especially when many times i lost half to one million chips on slots with not even one big win or a bonus round.. Not even paying the actual bet..
